The ultimate goal of the organization and the organization culture are the main elements that determine the styles of leadership in an organization. Different organizations have been using different styles of leadership according to the need and requirement of the organizations.
There are diverse leadership styles took after by distinctive leaders. Diverse circumstance require distinctive leadership styles to take care of the issues. A few majors' leadership styles are as per the following:
Autocratic Style:
This is a customary process of leadership, and what might as well be called autocracy.
