3. Kali’s leadership style and what has made him this kind to leader?

 Kali’s has mix leadership style. He is visionary leader. He holds vision to remove his nation from under poverty line. For this he gives emphasis on education and equality. He own business school to offer business skill, computer skill and teach them about inside and outside economic condition of Lesotho.

He is participative leader too. He encourages each and every individual people to get involvement on nation development. He believes on team effort that thing which cannot be easy to do self can get easily done through group of people.

 He is also Democratic leaders they include team members in the decision-making process. He is always fair, principled and democratic in his nature. He doesn’t seldom people by their race and religion. He encourages creativity, and people are often highly engaged in projects and decisions. As a result, team members tend to have high job satisfaction and high productivity.
