Yes, the statement is true as the perception of the individual may differ from one other. The way the people think about the product may be different. As the success of the business depend upon the highly use of the product by the consumer. Lacking in the marketing and not providing the knowledge about what happening or goods  brought in the market may brings the poor service to the customer. 


The company many times fails to provide the product in the market which may also bring the poor service to the consumer and fails to give or meet the demand of the costumer also bring the poor services from the sides of the costumer. Taking the example of the automobile company, if the company fails to provide the services after sale than it is also the sign of the poor service from the customer sides.

Not providing the knowledge of the product, after sales services and not having the availability of the goods in the different place may bring the poor services to the customers. Being fast, flexible, producing high quality materials is not sufficient for the success of the company but also the company should always look want the consumer wants ,is the goods is available in sufficient amount in the market or not also have the company reach to the height. Company should survey  whether the consumer know the goods or not , whether the marketing of the goods is done or not are the main point that always differs the perspective of the consumer. After sales services , knowing how customer feels , knowing the condition of or the satisfaction of the customer after buying the product should be the main job of the business house so as this help them to be stick on the product , helps to change the perception of the goods and make them feel good and make  irony consumer of the company.
